How to buy

At SHYMAN Gunja Station Branch, an adult goods vending machine store, you note the number on the vending machine and pay at the kiosk. Six steps from checking the product number to collecting the item, in the same order as the head office's official video.

6 steps to buy

Same order as the head office guide video (90 sec). Each vending machine is numbered, and the kiosk is toward the back of the store.

  1. 1On the vending machine, check the number, image and price of the product you want.
  2. 2Touch the kiosk screen and select the product number.
  3. 3Check the product image and description on the detail page, then press Buy.
  4. 4Insert a credit or debit card with the IC chip facing up to pay. A signature is required for ₩50,000 or more.
  5. 5Check the vending machine number and slot shown on the kiosk.
  6. 6Open the slot with the blinking light on that vending machine and take out the product.

TIPS

For first-time visitors

See the real thing in the display case

The glass display case holds the real TENGA, Satisfyer, condoms and lubricant, each tagged with its vending machine number. Enter the number you chose there at the kiosk.

Find by zone number

Zone 1 has real dolls, condoms and lubricant; the BEST Men's Zone and the Premium Zone are separate. Follow the numbers on the wall and the signs.

Pay by card, one item at a time

Pay by credit or debit card; cash is not accepted. One product comes out per payment, so for several items repeat the same steps. For ₩50,000 or more, sign on the screen.

Receipts and bags

No paper receipt is issued, and your card statement will not say adult goods. Bags are provided in the store.

Can I see the product beforehand?

The real products are in the display case, and entering the number at the kiosk brings up a detail image and description. Check it, then press buy.

What if I paid but the product did not come out?

First check that you are at the vending machine number and slot shown on the kiosk. The slot with the blinking light is where the product came out.

Do I get a receipt?

No paper receipt is issued. You can check the card payment in your card company's app, and it will not say adult goods.

Can I buy several items at once?

One product comes out per payment. To buy several, repeat the same steps once per item.
